• Bookings cannot be refunded but a free date change can be applied with 48 hours notice.

• Changes made to the booking date within 48 hours incur a €15pp admin fee.

• Time change on the same day – €5pp as long as it is confirmed with the team on board and can be accommodated.

• No shows incur full loss of booking.
